Role Overview

The Project Manager role at Miva entails ownership of a diverse and high-volume portfolio of customer-oriented projects of varying size and complexity. Ideal candidates are proactive leaders skilled in project management, AI tools, and converting complex statements of work into smooth, successful client outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Manage portfolios of 25 to 50+ simultaneous, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
Convert Statements of Work (SOWs) into detailed project plans, defining milestones and dependencies.
Act as the main client liaison, managing deliverables, schedules, and accountability with executive-level contacts.
Conduct structured updates, coordinate routine meetings, and resolve conflicts or escalations professionally.
Oversee resource allocation by monitoring team capacity, resolving scheduling conflicts, and adjusting project pace as necessary.
Identify and manage project risks, control scope changes, and revise timelines accordingly.
Track financial aspects including budget consumption, project hours, and maintain accurate records in project management systems.
Ensure delivery frameworks and templates remain scalable and aligned with quality assurance standards and agreed scopes.
Measure project performance and conduct reviews post-completion to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of four years managing customer-facing projects in Professional Services, web development, SaaS, eCommerce, or agency settings.
Experience handling large volumes of concurrent projects within Professional Services or SaaS environments.
Strong competencies in project scoping, scheduling, risk management, and resolving customer conflicts.
Adeptness at transforming SOWs into executable project plans and managing execution in fast-paced service delivery contexts.
Proficiency with project management and AI supported tools such as Wrike, Asana, Claude, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).
Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and integration processes.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually, subject to individual factors such as experience, education, specific skills, and location. Candidates should reside in one of these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, SD, TN, TX, VT, or WA to align with company distribution.
