Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing diverse and challenging projects with safety as the utmost priority. Every project is unique in terms of scope and location, offering an opportunity to handle complex assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply both technical project management and interpersonal skills to deliver project success.
• Manage critical aspects such as planning, communications, decision-making, and project execution.
• Oversee all contractual activities, risk management, project preparation, execution, and control.
• Advance to lead projects with increasing scale and complexity as proficiency grows.
• Potential to manage international and global projects with varied durations from days to multiple years.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Expert-level knowledge in project management including planning, risk management, contract handling, budgeting, leadership, teamwork, negotiation, and communication.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Project Management qualification.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager applying fundamental principles and methodologies.
• 7 to 10 years of work experience preferably in sectors like heavy lifting, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore operations, ports, or mining industries.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a talent to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Financial acumen for managing project budgets effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at various project locations as required.
