Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager at an entry or junior level to join our team. This position offers a hybrid work setting based in Germany and involves full-time commitment. The ideal candidate will thrive in cross-functional collaboration, project planning, coordination, and ensuring successful completion of projects within scope and time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage communication and coordination across teams working on various project components.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables, including key performance indicators.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and project changes as needed.
• Compile and deliver project status reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders.
• Work alongside internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment with project goals.
• Support resource allocation and coordinate activities to fulfill project objectives.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management methodologies as appropriate.
• Recommend improvements to project processes and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure projects are finalized on schedule, within the defined scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Entry-level or junior candidates with up to 3 years of experience, including internships, are eligible.
• A degree or relevant experience in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Experience with project management software like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• Project management certifications (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum) are an added benefit.
• Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn continuously.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in Germany and residence in Germany.
