Project Management Coordinator

About the Role

Lief Labs, a leading partner in formulation, product development, and manufacturing for top dietary supplement brands, invites applications for a Project Management Coordinator position based in Valencia, CA. The role is full-time, onsite, and focuses on supporting cross-functional teams in taking innovative products from concept through launch within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, monitoring, and completing development projects aligned with goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project milestones and actively follow up on pending action items to ensure progress.
• Coordinate schedules and timelines among various departments to maintain project flow.
• Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to oversee project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and aid in creating mitigation strategies, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, and timelines for stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and promote collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Support compliance with company standards, regulatory guidelines, and quality expectations to ensure project execution adheres to industry regulations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably within regulated industries such as nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food supplements.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Preferred: Experience supporting product development from concept to launch and knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sectors.
• PMP certification is advantageous; a willingness to pursue certification within 1-2 years is desired.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $26 to $35, depending on experience, education, and relevant skills. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, life insurance, wellness programs, education reimbursement, and paid time off.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The job requires occasional physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 15 pounds. The workplace is professional with low to moderate noise exposure.
