Program Manager, Employee Giving and Volunteering

In this role, you'll engage in managing and expanding employee giving and volunteering programs across various global offices, fostering a culture of social impact and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Social Impact to maintain and elevate the organization's leadership in corporate social responsibility.
• Administer CSR software platforms, manage global employee donation matching programs, and create engaging fundraising and volunteer pages.
• Design and execute internal communication strategies to boost awareness and participation in social impact initiatives worldwide.
• Work alongside workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to develop volunteering activities that resonate with global teams.
• Manage partnerships with regional non-profits and academic institutions.
• Coordinate both in-person and virtual volunteer events effectively.
• Monitor, analyze, and report participation and impact data to guide social impact strategy.
• Travel up to 20-25% to various company offices as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven background in social impact, corporate social responsibility, and employee engagement within a rapidly growing international company.
• Experience managing CSR platforms (such as Deed or Benevity) with a solid understanding of donation matching processes and compliance.
• Strong skills in managing collaborative programs and synthesizing data for reporting purposes.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Communications, and Workplace to ensure program success and cultural alignment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside proficiency in presentations.
• A proactive, action-oriented approach capable of handling complex logistics from compliance issues to large event organization.

Salary Information

For candidates based in New York, the annual base salary ranges between $132,000 and $160,000, exclusive of equity, bonuses, or other compensation.

Additional Information
