Program Manager

About the Role

Adree is looking for a highly experienced Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and drive execution of multiple interconnected projects and workstreams. This position focuses on ensuring that project outcomes align with the broader goals of both the organization and its clients. The role acts as a vital bridge connecting executive leaders, product teams, and engineering squads, overseeing timelines, resource management, risk mitigation, budgets, and quality assurance to facilitate successful digital and IT transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the delivery of strategic programs ensuring they meet client needs and organizational objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, client representatives, and leadership, providing regular program updates and steering committee communications.
• Coordinate activities among different Agile/Scrum teams including product managers, technical architects, business analysts, and QA groups to ensure unified delivery.
• Manage resource planning and capacity, optimizing budget utilization and staffing for teams specializing in .NET, Low-Code/OutSystems, Frontend, and CRM/Creatio solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and handle program-level risks, dependencies, and obstacles proactively, implementing strategies to keep projects on course.
• Control program scope and changes, thoroughly assessing their effects on budget, timelines, and quality, securing necessary approvals.
• Ensure all projects uphold high standards regarding quality, compliance, and governance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Regularly assess and refine project management practices, delivery frameworks, and workflows across teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical/management field.
• 6 to 9 years of program or project management experience in software development, digital products, or IT consulting.
• Proven success managing complex, large-scale, multi-vendor, or enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong ability to map dependencies, manage risks, and resolve delivery blockers across projects.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Monday.com.
• Robust technical knowledge of custom software development (.NET, Angular), low-code platforms (OutSystems), enterprise CRM systems (Creatio), and cloud environments.
• Excellent leadership skills capable of driving alignment and negotiating with a diverse range of technical and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at translating complex technical updates into strategic business insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on projects for government or large enterprises in the GCC region.
• Previous software engineering, system architecture, or business analysis experience in early career stages.
• Good understanding of change management practices and vendor management.
• Relevant certifications such as PgMP or PMP are highly preferred; PMI-ACP, Scrum Alliance (CSP/CSM), or SAFe certifications are advantageous.
