About the role
Metal Sign & Label Pty Ltd is hiring an additional team member to support the continued expansion of its specialist label and sign manufacturing business. The company will provide training on how to operate and coordinate robots, lasers, and other custom machines and printers used to make its products. Prior experience is not essential; a curious mindset, willingness to learn, and confidence working with technology are what matter most.

What the job involves
This is mainly a computer-oriented production role. Day-to-day tasks include learning the production systems, helping improve an efficient manufacturing setup, running automated equipment for label production, preparing artwork and print jobs in graphics software, checking product quality, packing customer orders, speaking with customers to complete orders, and looking after machinery and facility upkeep so production stays on track.
Growth opportunities
There is scope to develop beyond machine operation. In time, the role may expand into project work to build new systems, products, or processes, sales support through incoming enquiries or industry events, marketing across digital and in-person channels, and customer engagement to improve delivery and service.
