Production Operative

Overview

We are seeking Production Operatives to join a prominent food manufacturing facility located in Boston, Lincolnshire. This position involves working through a recruitment agency at a leading FMCG company specialized in food production.

Key Duties

• Operate on the production line performing various factory duties such as weighing, filling, and stacking products.
• Adapt to different tasks within the factory environment as required.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Shift pattern is on a 2-2-3 rota, including day shifts from 06:00 to 18:00. The exact rota will be provided at induction.
• Workplace environment is cold; appropriate footwear and lockers will be supplied.
