About the Role
Ailvil Healthy Care is seeking a committed and detail-focused Production Executive to manage and support daily manufacturing operations. The main aim is to guarantee efficient production processes while upholding quality, safety protocols, and adherence to GMP standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee daily manufacturing activities.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company quality requirements.
- Accurately maintain production logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments.
- Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Identify production challenges and help implement corrective measures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the production environment.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and productivity efforts.
Candidate Eligibility
- Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with experience.
- Preferably possesses basic knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing processes.
Skill Set Needed
- Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Fundamental understanding of GMP and SOP guidelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and achieve production targets.
