About the Role

Join Starbucks as a Product Manager within our Innovation and Channel Development team, where we blend the rich tradition of coffee with a strong sense of connection. Be a key player in our nationally recognized beverage menu team, developing and launching new promotional drinks. You will craft and execute strategic innovations for seasonal and core platforms, delivering exciting new beverage experiences to Starbucks customers across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the long-term innovation roadmap by supporting the development of a 3+ year Starbucks At Home Coffee pipeline, using macro trends, consumer behaviors, and business insights to shape comprehensive strategies aligned with current and future priorities.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience launching successful innovations within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred, with 3-5+ years in product innovation, brand/category management, marketing, or strategy.

  • Proficient in human-centered design principles and test/learn methodologies, using customer insights to develop empathetic products and brands.
  • Skilled in formulating and executing product strategies to successfully launch and manage products through their first year on the market.
