Position Overview

OnBoard is seeking a Product Manager who will work closely with customers and internal teams including Engineering, Design, AI, and Go-to-Market to discover, define, and deliver impactful products. These products aim to empower boards and leadership teams in making better, more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies informed by customer insights, market research, and data analytics aligned with the product roadmap.
Lead comprehensive customer discovery efforts through interviews and research to validate problems and identify opportunities.
Collaborate extensively across functions—Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to deliver meaningful solutions.
Translate customer requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized tasks to guide product development.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data from product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
Manage product lifecycle stages from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.
Partner with Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to ensure readiness for product releases and drive successful customer adoption.
Advocate for customers by promoting user-focused, intuitive, and valuable product experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably within a B2B SaaS context.
Proven experience guiding products through discovery, delivery, and iterative improvement using Agile methodologies.
Strong abilities in customer research and product discovery techniques.
Skilled in utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product strategy and decisions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing demands with thoughtful trade-offs.
Demonstrated success working collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.

Preferred Experience

Expertise with enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products.
Familiarity with AI-driven products or current AI technologies.
Experience using product analytics and customer feedback platforms.
