Role Overview

The company is seeking an organized, systems-driven Software Product Manager to scale the platform's development and delivery. The role interfaces with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project progression from concept to launch with clear communication and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews and user research to gather feedback.
• Analyze feedback to provide actionable product recommendations.
• Prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact and business goals.
• Monitor development schedules, dependencies, and risks to keep projects on track.
• Lead release readiness reviews and coordinate product launches.
• Manage product usage metrics and produce adoption reports.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and internal resources.
• Oversee customer onboarding for new features, conducting training and demos.
• Handle inbound customer support tickets, collaborating with account managers to maximize satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or related roles.
• Outstanding organizational skills and project management expertise.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data into practical insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Experience working within fast-paced startup settings.
• Self-motivated learner familiar with software tools for task management and analytics.

Additional Information

This role is remote but may require travel to partner sites across the country. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and adaptable to varying priorities.
