In the past, the value hidden in those conversations was lost as soon as they ended. They are seeking a designer who is deeply product-minded and excited to help define a new category of enterprise software.
About the Role
In this Product Designer position, you will craft the experience that reveals ground truth. You will partner directly with the founding team and a senior product designer to shape the product, taking ownership of design work from user research all the way to delivered interfaces used by customers. The role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys turning complex AI outputs and large datasets into clear, practical enterprise experiences. You will have real influence over the product and the chance to help shape how the design function develops as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Turn sophisticated AI-generated outputs into straightforward, user-friendly enterprise interfaces
- Lead design initiatives from research and early concepts through to released product experiences
- Create polished experiences for intricate, data-rich products
- Develop, uphold, and improve the design system
- Work in close partnership with engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders
- Choose design solutions that account for user goals, business needs, and technical realities
- Contribute to building the product and design function in an early-stage, 0-to-1 environment
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product design
- A portfolio that shows end-to-end product work and shipped solutions
- Hands-on proficiency with Figma and other current design tools
- Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams
- Ability to turn complex information and workflows into intuitive product experiences
- Prior work on data-heavy, enterprise, or AI-driven products is a strong advantage
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup setting
- Strong product judgment and a genuine interest in understanding user pain points
