Role Overview

This Singapore-based full-time Private Tutor position operates on a hybrid model, blending onsite tutoring sessions with opportunities for remote work. The tutor will be responsible for creating customized lesson plans, delivering focused one-on-one academic coaching across relevant subjects, and preparing learners for academic exams and admissions tests. Key duties include assessing each student’s educational needs, monitoring their progress, assigning and reviewing homework, and providing continual feedback to both students and their families. Additional tasks involve managing schedules efficiently, maintaining detailed records of tutoring sessions and their outcomes, and working collaboratively with Scion Development’s education strategists to ensure tutoring supports wider academic and admissions objectives.

• Expertise in essential academic subjects such as Mathematics, English, Sciences, and Humanities, with knowledge of both local and international curricula.
• Proven capabilities in planning lessons, delivering individualized teaching, and evaluating student understanding and performance.
