Job description
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Infrastructure Solutions and Cyber Security Solutions Consultant/Manager to lead client engagements and foster business expansion through tailored solution consulting. This role involves understanding client needs, crafting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing the pre-sales to account management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their IT infrastructure landscape and challenges, providing customized recommendations on servers, storage, virtualization, networking, cloud, backup, disaster recovery, end-user computing, and managed services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable, aligned infrastructure solutions and ensure smooth handover to implementation and support groups.
- Analyze clients' cyber security needs including risk assessment, compliance, and current security postures; recommend solutions encompassing vulnerability management, endpoint protection, firewalls, cloud security, IAM, SOC, SIEM, email security, data protection, and compliance services.
- Assist customers throughout the pre-sales cycle with solution presentations, security advisories, and service discussions.
- Create comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs related to infrastructure and security services.
- Act as the liaison for client accounts, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication, solution reviews, and identifying opportunities for upgrades and services enhancement.
- Work across sales, engineering, cloud, cyber security, and delivery teams to align customer expectations and project execution.
- Support business development via service positioning and aiding proposal closures.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration between INR 45,000 and 55,000.
