Job Overview

The Prep Team Member plays an essential role in preparing the restaurant for daily operations. The role focuses on readying cold food items such as salads, wraps, fruit cups, and parfaits. The position also involves inventory organization and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing food by chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
• Organize and rotate stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure sanitation protocols are followed in the kitchen.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety guidelines and practices.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends.

Work Schedule

• Eight-hour shifts.
• Requires weekend availability.
• Shifts include both day and night hours, Monday through Friday and other days as required.
