Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage affluent and super-affluent client relationships, ensuring retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • Generate Assets Under Management (AUM) focusing on mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and structured financial products.
  • Advise clients comprehensively on their investments, developing tailored financial plans and expanding the client’s portfolio depth.
  • Continuously monitor affluent client segments in the market to identify and secure new client acquisition opportunities.
  • Conduct research and stay informed about financial market trends and investment opportunities to provide relevant advice aligned with client portfolios.
  • Coordinate closely with product and research teams, including the centralized Certified Financial Planner (CFP) team, to formulate appropriate investment decisions.
  • Support business growth initiatives by organizing seminars, workshops, and related development activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Experienced Relationship Managers with a background in Private Banking or Wealth Management settings.
  • Proven track record in selling mutual funds, PMS, and structured products to clients.
  • Capability to handle clients with investment portfolios of at least Rs. 1 crore or higher.
  • Expertise advising clients across multiple asset classes.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with teamwork ability.
  • Stable career history demonstrating a minimum tenure of 3–4 years in current and previous roles.
