Role Overview

The position entails serving as a Prediction Markets Trader responsible for investigating, analyzing, and pinpointing promising opportunities within the fast-expanding prediction market sector.

Key Duties

• Continuously track and analyze prediction market platforms such as Polymarket, Kalshi, Limitless, and SX.
• Conduct research into market trends, user behaviors, liquidity movements, and novel market narratives.
• Develop comprehensive investment theses to highlight potential market opportunities.
• Compile well-structured research reports and provide insights to internal teams.
• Monitor competitors, key performance indicators, and ecosystem changes that influence strategy.
• Contribute to investment and strategic decision-making by leveraging data-oriented analysis.

Candidate Profile

• Profound knowledge of prediction markets combined with DeFi ecosystem expertise.
• Exceptional analytical and research capabilities.
• Competency in organizing complex information and deriving clear, actionable conclusions.
• A crypto-native perspective with deep awareness of market behavior and mechanics.
• Experience with analytic tools such as Dune, on-chain analytics platforms, and dashboard systems is advantageous.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience trading prediction markets, perpetual contracts, or other financial instruments.
• Background in composing market research or detailed analytical content.
