Role Overview

The Practice Success Manager (PSM) acts as a strategic and trusted guide to a portfolio of independent aesthetic practices, serving as the crucial link between Moxie's solutions and their practical implementation. Client-facing and consultative, this role involves mentoring practices on launch strategies, product curation, cross-selling, and profit and loss optimization. Internally, the PSM champions practitioners' needs by collaborating with teams from Engineering to Marketing to ensure consistent value delivery and influence future product enhancement.

Key Duties

• Maintain and nurture relationships with approximately 50 assigned practices, guiding them from launch to growth by offering coaching, advice, and access to Moxie's resources.
• Facilitate successful initiation and opening of new practices monthly.
• Personalize and manage growth trajectories for each practice in the portfolio.
• Provide operational guidance on staffing, equipment investments, and pharmaceutical account management.
• Deliver sales coaching focused on average order value, pricing strategy, and consultation techniques aimed at steady revenue growth.
• Support customer base expansion through marketing, membership initiatives, and strategic promotional efforts.
• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor to nurse-entrepreneurs.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews to highlight business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive continual progress toward annualized revenue targets for each practice.
• Optimize pricing and cost structures to sustain healthy profit margins across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive, hands-on experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry with strong customer service orientation.
• Prior involvement in building, operating, or optimizing MedSpa businesses in roles such as owner, operator, franchisee, district/area manager, or operations director, with a clear understanding of profit and loss management.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset demonstrating dedication and attention to all details.
• Exceptional coaching and customer service skills characterized by empathy, positivity, and effective communication.
• Robust business insight specific to aesthetics practice management.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,250 to $109,250 annually.
