Role Overview

As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining a pristine and inviting environment for both team members and guests, ensuring a consistently spotless restaurant that embodies the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Begin each shift fully prepared and focused on cleanliness and orderliness, adhering to opening and closing checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in dining areas, restrooms, and shared spaces.
• Follow sanitation protocols, ensuring silverware and glassware remain polished and well stocked.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to foster smooth operational flow.
• Support the bar and beverage stations by keeping them thoroughly stocked and ready for service.
• Welcome guests warmly to contribute to a positive initial impression.
• Demonstrate pride in work and attention to detail, assisting the entire restaurant team to create memorable experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work during weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and communicating in English.
