Placement Executive

Role Overview

Invertis University is seeking a Placement Executive for an urgent hiring requirement. The position is based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, and is intended for a professional who can support student placements, industry outreach, and placement-related coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable placement openings for students based on their individual skills and strengths.
• Connect with companies and other organizations to secure campus recruitment opportunities.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with students in order to understand their capabilities and career interests.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate campus placement drives.
• Prepare and share reports with relevant stakeholders whenever required.
• Track market and industry changes so students remain aligned with current hiring expectations.
• Handle data management tasks, including maintaining records related to NAAC and NIRF.

Qualification and Experience

A postgraduate candidate is required. An MBA in Marketing will be preferred. The role calls for 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
