Role Summary

The Pipeline Foreman position is a full-time role based in Dubai. Responsibilities include supervising daily pipeline construction and maintenance operations, organizing work schedules and task assignments, as well as overseeing progress to guarantee safe, timely, and high-quality outcomes. This role involves coordinating work crews, managing the use of heavy machinery, and ensuring strict compliance with technical guidelines and safety regulations, including standards from DEWA, DM, and RTA. The Foreman is also responsible for on-site inspections, troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate work records, and effective communication with engineers, subcontractors, and other project participants. Leadership in safety meetings and mentoring team members to consistently meet BAM's standards of quality and performance are key components of this position.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven supervisory capabilities, including effective team coordination, task distribution, and performance tracking.
• Experience operating heavy equipment related to pipeline installation, excavation, and site preparation.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with work crews, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Practical expertise in carpentry and general construction relevant to pipeline chambers and supports.
• Maintenance knowledge of pipeline systems, including valves and fittings.
• Hands-on experience in pipeline construction or related infrastructure projects, preferably within the UAE and aligned with DEWA, DM, and RTA regulations.
• Thorough understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental standards with the capability to enforce safe practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans accurately.
• Minimum education of a high school diploma or technical/vocational certification in civil, mechanical, or allied disciplines; foreman or site supervision training is advantageous.
• Physical fitness to work under demanding outdoor conditions and flexibility to adapt to dynamic construction environments and priorities.
