Core responsibilities

In this consulting role, you will contribute across multiple phases of project delivery. That includes understanding the problem, estimating effort, working on diagnosis, shaping the solution, and supporting design and deployment activities.

You will also evaluate possible solution approaches through research, including public-domain information, literature reviews, and vendor assessments, and use that input to build proof-of-concepts where needed.

Part of the job is to translate business needs into requirement specifications, define future-state processes, and prepare detailed functional designs.

You will help configure solutions, investigate issues, identify root causes, clarify gaps, and narrow down practical solution options.

In addition, you are expected to support team and organization-wide initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven outcomes for clients.

Requirements

This position calls for 4 to 10 years of experience in performance testing and automation testing.

Mandatory technical skills include performance testing, LoadRunner, and JMeter.

The preferred educational background includes BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MSc, or MS.

Eligibility

Applicants with B.Sc. in any specialization, BCA in any specialization, or B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization may apply, provided they match the required experience and technical profile.
