Role Summary

This position is based in Lusail, Qatar, and offers a monthly salary in the range of QAR 2,000 to QAR 3,000. The role is focused on supporting the driver fleet and improving performance, service quality, and customer experience. It suits someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to make a measurable difference through coaching, monitoring, and operational follow-up.

Key Duties

• Track driver output and service standards through operational KPIs and performance reports.
• Coach drivers, encourage better productivity, and help strengthen service quality.
• Spot gaps in performance and put improvement plans into action.
• Hold individual performance reviews and follow up on agreed actions.
• Make sure company rules and operational expectations are followed.
• Partner with the Operations team to address performance-related concerns.
• Build and update reports while keeping performance records accurate.
• Support a culture that is positive, responsible, and results-driven across the driver network.

Candidate Profile

The company is seeking a proactive, organized, and solution-focused professional with strong communication and people-handling abilities. The successful applicant should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and should know how to use Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Fresh graduates are welcome, and suitable candidates will receive training.

Language Requirements

English and Hindi are required for the role, while Urdu is preferred.

Applicants must already be living in Qatar and must hold a valid QID. Only candidates meeting this condition will be considered for the role. The work location is Lusail, Qatar.
