Role Overview
The People Partner will be an integral part of the high-performing People team, collaborating closely with Customer and Sales leaders. This role demands commercial astuteness, curiosity, and fluency in HR practices combined with AI tools revolutionizing HR functions. Reporting to the VP of People, the role includes proactively managing performance, engagement, and delivering actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate deeply with senior leaders in Customer and Sales to understand commercial models and team dynamics, shaping the people strategy proactively.
- Employ AI-driven tools and workflows to derive insights, automate routine tasks, and enhance data analysis, reporting, and project management quality.
- Manage complex employment relations cases efficiently, supporting leaders to take ownership of these processes.
- Stay updated on client group performance metrics, linking them directly to people strategies.
- Provide constructive challenges to leaders, balancing support with data-backed pushback on decisions carrying significant people or business risks.
- Utilize people data and AI to craft compelling narratives driving strategic alignment among leadership.
- Lead and oversee HR projects within client groups, integrating AI seamlessly into execution and management.
- Establish trusted peer-level relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, positioning as a strategic business partner.
- Act as a change catalyst for people programs, influencing adoption through credibility and data.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
- Contribute to global People initiatives across six operating regions.
Candidate Profile
- Over 5 years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and a strong generalist foundation.
- Essential prior exposure to SaaS or high-growth technology sectors with a solid grasp of GTM operations and key Customer and Sales metrics like GDR, NDR, churn, pipeline health, and quota attainment.
- Proactive mindset, bringing insights to leaders ahead of requests through data review and participation in business reviews.
- Demonstrated credibility-building at senior leadership levels, acting as a peer rather than a support role.
- Ability to constructively challenge leadership decisions backed by data and AI insights.
- Strong data literacy, integrating AI to enhance decision-influencing narratives.
- Daily practical experience with AI tools and agentic workflows to streamline work and accelerate outputs.
- Sound knowledge of US employment laws and multi-state HR compliance.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects successfully with minimal supervision.
- Experience coaching leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and the incorporation of AI-augmented teams.
- High emotional intelligence and integrity, handling sensitive issues with discretion and empathy.
- Genuine interest in the future of work powered by AI and eagerness to lead in this innovative space.

The estimated base salary for this role ranges from 110000 to 125000 USD annually, varying based on factors like location, experience, skills, and business requirements. This base pay is part of a total compensation package that may feature bonuses, competitive equity grants, and generous benefits.
