Position Summary
The company seeks an energetic and target-driven PCD Executive to manage and grow their Pharma Franchise (PCD) segment. The role involves generating new franchise enquiries, converting leads, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting monthly sales goals.
Primary Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound communication regarding PCD Pharma Franchise.
- Prospect new business opportunities via telecalling and online queries.
- Recruit and appoint new PCD distributors and franchise partners nationwide.
- Follow up with potential clients to secure confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong client relationships with existing franchises.
- Provide detailed product information, promotional materials, and pricing to clients.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure prompt payment follow-up and recovery of outstanding dues.
- Update customer records, call logs, and sales data in CRM or software systems.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Address customer queries and deliver prompt after-sales service.
- Keep informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product launches.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Preference for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in PCD Pharma Sales or telemarketing.
