Position Overview

The Payroll team, expanding within Moore, seeks a qualified Payroll Specialist to manage payroll services for a varied client base including sole traders and SMEs. This role is stationed at the Galway office, offering a hybrid work arrangement. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, collaborative, ambitious, and career-focused.

Key Duties

Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for bureau clients, including amendments, new hires, terminations, tax credit downloads, and bank file preparation and transmission.
Generate and verify payroll reports before distributing to clients.
Address and resolve client payroll inquiries.
Ensure payroll processes conform with data protection and employment laws.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Certified by the Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of two years post-qualification payroll experience.
Strong enthusiasm for payroll work.
Proficiency with payroll software and email systems.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude towards tasks.
