Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent Full Time Payroll Officer to join our cooperative team based at the Kewdale office in Perth, Western Australia. This role reports directly to the Payroll Lead and plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll for all staff members.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to any payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable legislation, internal company policies, and enterprise agreements.
• Deliver outstanding internal customer service to employees across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll or a similar function.
• Sound knowledge of Australian taxation and employment law frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Problem-solving skills coupled with a collaborative and cooperative approach.
