About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Partnerships & Engagement Executive to join CounsellingX in the UAE. This role is focused on establishing and enhancing strategic collaborations with schools and broadening our presence within the education sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Forge and maintain strong partnerships with schools throughout the UAE.
• Engage proactively with school principals, counselors, and leadership teams.
• Coordinate and manage university admission webinars, career advisory sessions, and various student-oriented events.
• Represent CounsellingX at educational institutions, exhibitions, and professional networking gatherings.
• Develop captivating higher education video content from diverse locations to support outreach efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Entry to mid-level professionals keen on education and community growth.
• Experience in sales, business development, or community management is essential.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent networking skills.
• Ready and willing to travel extensively within the UAE and the Gulf region.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 6,000 to AED 8,000, contingent on experience.
• Performance incentives including commissions and bonuses related to school partnerships and expansion initiatives.
• All travel and mobile/phone expenses are fully reimbursed.
