About Sensoriium
Sensoriium is a marketing agency based in Perth, specialising in B2B sectors such as technology, infrastructure, resources, SaaS, and professional services. Acting as an extension to clients' internal teams, they offer services encompassing strategy development, positioning, content creation, campaigns, websites, CRM, sales enablement, and continuous marketing execution. The agency prides itself on understanding client businesses deeply and proactively advancing work without needing detailed briefs.
Role Overview
We seek an experienced Senior B2B Content Marketer to independently manage content across approximately ten client accounts from the outset. This hands-on position requires transforming client conversations into actionable and clear monthly content plans. While you will contribute actively in client meetings by identifying content opportunities and asking insightful questions, you will not lead these meetings. Your role includes recognizing various content types arising from client updates like projects, appointments, events, or partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in client discussions to identify valuable content opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive monthly content strategies tailored to each client account.
- Select appropriate content formats and distribution channels aligning with the topic, target audience, and business goals.
- Create diverse content including LinkedIn posts, carousels, articles, blogs, case studies, newsletters, email marketing campaigns, website copy, and sales collateral.
- Translate complex technical or operational details into clear and precise content.
- Integrate social media content, articles, newsletters, CRM activities, and sales follow-ups coherently.
- Develop content for HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and developers by briefing and managing revisions, approvals, and deadlines.
- Publish and schedule content across platforms, maintain content calendars and documentation.
- Organize workload using ClickUp and communicate effectively via Slack and Google Workspace.
- Ensure all materials are accurate, grammatically correct, and consistent in tone.
- Review published content and proactively identify further content opportunities.
Work Schedule
The position requires approximately 20 hours weekly, preferably distributed throughout the week to maintain regular engagement with client activities, feedback, and priorities. One day per week requires onsite presence to collaborate directly with the team, with the remaining hours conducted remotely.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B marketer skilled in creating, planning, managing, and publishing content. You should be able to participate in client talks, grasp business contexts, and independently determine content needs without reliance on detailed directives. Understanding how content drives positioning, campaigns, lead generation, CRM, subscriber engagement, sales interactions, and the overall customer journey is crucial. You must demonstrate responsibility, proactivity in advancing tasks, managing feedback, and knowing when to engage colleagues.
Mandatory Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B marketing environments.
- Track record of managing content across multiple client accounts or business divisions.
- Ability to develop content directly from client or stakeholder conversations.
- Strong capabilities in both succinct and in-depth writing styles.
- Experience producing social media content, articles, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, and website copy.
- Clear comprehension of campaigns, customer journeys, CRM systems, and lead nurturing techniques.
- Familiarity with content publishing and scheduling.
- Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and industry experts.
- Effective workload and deadline management skills.
- Understanding of technical, operational, or complex industry topics.
- Proficient in Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp platforms.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Ability to work from Perth with attendance onsite one day per week.
- Experience in technology, infrastructure, resources, SaaS, or professional services industries is highly desirable.
Unsuitable Candidate Traits
- Reliance on detailed briefs before starting tasks.
- Waiting for others to supply topics, headlines, or content ideas.
- Experience limited to only social media posting.
- Background primarily in consumer, lifestyle, or influencer marketing.
- Inability to explain the function of copy in the wider marketing context.
- Requirement for close supervision to manage deadlines and approvals.
- Has not managed content through all stages to publication.
- Expectation of an extended onboarding period before assuming responsibility.
Company Work Culture
Sensoriium operates with a small, skilled team that embraces ownership and collaborative client delivery. You will have access to client insights, account context, and overarching marketing strategies to make informed, practical decisions and maintain project momentum. The role offers growth opportunities as the agency expands, allowing high performers to assume greater responsibilities over time.
