Role Summary

As part of the Legal Department reporting to the General Counsel, you will primarily manage and develop the Contract Management System (CMS), leveraging future AI support. This role includes collaboration with various operational departments to harmonize and enhance contract-related processes organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the contract database by entering, storing, and maintaining all legal contracts within the CMS.
Maintain data quality by enforcing consistent entry standards, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data availability.
Serve as a key user to aid in designing and improving electronic workflows for contract creation and management, including digital signing processes; develop documentation and conduct user training and support.
Act as a subject matter expert to help standardize and expedite contract processes across departments.
Conduct contract monitoring by tracking automated alerts related to notice periods, contract expirations, and invoicing, while developing new tools and dashboards for contract controlling.

Candidate Profile

Completed vocational qualification in business or administration or an equivalent credential; business law degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of contract management and processes with foundational knowledge of contract law.
Proficient with contract management systems and adept at using AI tools for data quality and standardization.
Analytical approach with structured work habits and high personal accountability.
Excellent communication and a strong service orientation.
Highly discreet and sensitive with confidential information.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
