Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint guest rooms, corridors, and all public spaces within the hotel to a consistently high standard.
• Perform repair work including replacing grouting and silicone as necessary.
• Maintain a clean work environment and ensure quality workmanship at all times.
• Coordinate daily schedules with hotel departments such as maintenance, housekeeping, and management.
• Manage workload priorities flexibly according to business demands.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year experience in a similar painting or maintenance role.
• Strong organizational skills capable of overseeing and delegating jobs.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor when engaging with staff and guests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
