Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by efficiently managing tasks related to receiving and moving merchandise onto the sales floor. The responsibilities include unloading delivery trailers, moving pallets, and supporting merchandise processing, all performed in a safe and clean working environment. The Associate will collaborate closely with teammates to plan and prioritize duties in alignment with workload and store operations.

Key Duties

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening hours
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional displays and product features
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom storage bins and retail shelving, which differentiates this role from day or evening fulfillment positions
• Transport pallets of merchandise between backroom and sales floor during overnight processing
• Assist in stocking sales floor as needed and provide customer service when required
• Ensure proper labeling on the sales floor for opening
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety checklists, and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $15.50 CAD.
