As an Orkin Pro, you will deliver exceptional pest control services to residential and commercial clients, operating primarily within an assigned territory along a scheduled daily route. This hands-on field position involves problem-solving, independent work, and engaging with new customers daily.

This full-time role requires working from Tuesday through Saturday, consistently maintaining this schedule each week. The work includes varied environments such as rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated route daily within your territory to provide pest control services.
• Complete all necessary service documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform detailed inspections and diagnose pest-related issues thoroughly.
• Deliver effective and innovative pest control solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain professional, empathetic, and honest communication with customers.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Represent Orkin professionally and contribute positively to the community.
• Operate a company vehicle responsibly and safely.
• Perform work in various environments including heights and confined spaces.
• Occasionally lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to safety protocols consistently, including equipment handling and customer interactions.
• Carry out duties regardless of weather conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Comfortable accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces with necessary mobility such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
