Overview

Join SkyCell AG as an Operations Coordination Manager, driving regional operations across Singapore and India to ensure the flawless delivery of critical pharmaceutical shipments. This role entails liaising with multiple teams, partners, and Service Centers to uphold operational excellence, tackle complex challenges, and support rapid, well-informed decisions in a dynamic and high-pressure context. You'll be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience throughout the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee regional operations in Singapore and India, with potential expansion across the APAC region.
Manage Service Centers to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and local legal requirements.
Monitor supplier and partner performance by tracking KPIs, conducting quarterly business reviews, and driving corrective actions and escalations.
Ensure strict adherence to customer SOPs, government filings, customs protocols, and quality standards.
Coordinate complete logistics workflows including order management, customs brokerage, reverse logistics, and cost optimization.
Function as the second-level escalation point for daily operational and Control Tower issues.
Lead onboarding and training initiatives for Service Centers, partners, suppliers, and new team members.
Develop and maintain operational SOPs and work instructions.
Ensure accuracy of master data in IT systems and assist with billing and invoice queries.
Support maintenance, repair, and operations tasks, including quality inspections and damage assessments of container fleets.
Implement short-term setups at new destinations, including customs arrangements and partner sourcing; assist with launching new Service Centers.
Make prompt stock allocation decisions and sanction consumption material orders for Service Centers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Account Management, and Procurement teams to ensure excellent service and timely responses to RFQs and RFPs.
Drive process improvements, manage strategic regional projects, and handle claims management.
Participate in customer and supplier business reviews as well as industry events and exhibitions.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination roles is required.
Background in freight forwarding, transportation, or pharmaceutical logistics is strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proven ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Strong coordination and collaboration skills across diverse teams and geographical locations.
Decisive and confident in assessing situations quickly to implement appropriate actions.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
