About the Team

Join a vibrant, autonomous team that brings together experienced Careem veterans and new energetic members dedicated to building Careem Food. We share core values of ownership, ambition, and service to customers, partners, colleagues, and captains.

Role Overview

• Onboard and train new restaurants and shops to join Careem Food Delivery, including large chains, mid-size and small food outlets, as well as flower shops and pharmacies.
• Conduct visits to partners’ locations and assist with setting up the Careem dashboard on provided or restaurant devices.
• Keep daily records by maintaining trackers and logging dispatched devices to ensure timely activation of partners online.
• Provide additional training and troubleshoot device issues for partners facing operational difficulties.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong dedication to improving lives and delivering excellent customer service, aligned with Careem’s values of boldness, focus, agility, and collaboration.
• Self-motivated with a proactive drive to identify opportunities and expand business within food and service provider technology.
• Great team player comfortable working with local, regional, and corporate teams.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure with ambitious goals and constrained resources while innovating tech-based solutions.
• Exhibits ownership mindset, high energy, and self-drive.
• Technology savvy with an interest in e-commerce and internet-driven business models.
• Sound knowledge of the UAE market is required.
• Holding a UAE driving license is advantageous.
• Applicants must be on their own visa.
• Preference will be given to fresh graduates.
