OnX, a partner organization serving Canadian businesses, healthcare, and government bodies, provides similar technology-focused solutions including Generative AI and advanced cloud services.
Role Overview
The OneStream Administrator will directly report to the Finance Manager and share responsibility for managing the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain OneStream application components including dashboards, transformation rules, workflows, business rules, data adapters, and more.
- Enhance and sustain business rules, member formulas, workflows, and integrations within the application.
- Administer security settings to safeguard metadata, user permissions, organizational and entity controls, chart of accounts, mappings, translations, reports, and related financial data structures.
- Design and develop logical views, data hierarchies, and reporting frameworks.
- Deliver on ad-hoc requests for data extraction to support audits and various finance technologies affecting OneStream, including Quick View report development, cube views, Excel add-ins, and dashboards.
- Develop test plans, document processes, create training materials, and conduct functional testing.
- Support period close operations, data integration, error resolution, and data reconciliation across systems.
- Troubleshoot platform issues collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to maintain platform stability and performance.
- Train and provide ongoing support to OneStream end-users.
- Assess and implement platform upgrades as necessary.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of eight years' experience in financial systems administration or implementation.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Proven track record in implementing reporting solutions for multinational businesses.
- Familiarity with VBA, .Net, or SQL coding is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
