Omnissa MDM Specialist

Job Overview

This position is for an expert Omnissa MDM Specialist responsible for the management, security, and optimization of a company's entire endpoint device fleet. The role demands comprehensive hands-on experience with Omnissa MDM to ensure effective Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) across laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoints within the enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete administration lifecycle of corporate devices using Omnissa MDM, including design and enforcement of compliance policies, profile setups, and secure application deployment.
• Oversee automation for device onboarding and enrollment processes compatible with various operating systems.
• Monitor security compliance for all endpoints, perform investigations on devices that fail compliance, execute remote locking or wiping commands, and integrate device logs with the broader security infrastructure.
• Ensure endpoint configurations and security policies conform to internal governance and cybersecurity standards such as those defined by the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is required for eligibility.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience specializing in Endpoint Infrastructure Operations, Unified Endpoint Management, or Mobile Security.
• Proficient in administering Omnissa MDM (previously known as VMware Workspace ONE) with a strong grasp of device enrollment protocols such as Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot.
• Familiarity with conditional access policies and enterprise security standards.
• Possession of official certifications related to Omnissa or VMware Workspace ONE (UEM) is considered a significant advantage.
