About the Role

Join Micron Technology in Singapore as an NTI Process Integration Technician, contributing to our vision of transforming global information use to improve lives. You will be part of an inclusive, innovative team delivering technology solutions ranging from virtual reality to advanced neural networks while upholding integrity and sustainability commitments.

Key Duties

  • Provide support to Process Integration Engineers in managing and troubleshooting daily production line issues including handling deviations and engineering analysis job submissions.
  • Assist with inline and non-routine metro/RDA inspections for research and development experiments.
  • Facilitate setup of production and short loop process flows.
  • Analyze data derived from SWR and Conversion experiments, compiling reports with recommendations for engineering improvements.
  • Manage logistics for wafer shipments between fabrication sites to enable technology transfers and yield optimization.
  • Track and report on priority lots and work-in-progress movements regularly.
  • Monitor inline, probe, and final parametric indices, initiating early investigations if deviations arise.
  • Efficiently utilize Micron’s operational systems such as Micron Central, DataNav, and SPACE to execute routine tasks.
  • Lead or participate in projects aimed at enhancing operation procedures, system tools, process capabilities, yield, and quality within the STC PI team.
  • Support PI team supervisors in managing team performance metrics including Global Conversion Process and WIP statuses.
  • Willingness to work shifts as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a diploma or an equivalent academic qualification.
  • Skilled in multitasking and problem-solving with a solid grasp of Statistical Process Control (SPC), SWR, QDR, Micron Central, and Klarity.
  • Strong collaborator capable of fostering effective peer relationships.
  • Proven aptitude in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Effective communicator in both written and verbal forms.
  • Customer-service oriented with a focus on fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes including photo, dry etch, diffusion, CVD, wet etch, plating, implant, PVD, and CMP.
  • Ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of making sound decisions and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Advantageous to have basic scripting skills in computer languages.
