Position Overview
The Night Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition from day to night operations by delivering exceptional 24/7 resident support, maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently exemplify Greystar’s core values and serve as a role model.
- Provide reception services, administrative support, and excellent customer service including key management and handling lockouts.
- Enforce company policies and procedures such as guest management and after-hours check-ins/check-outs.
- Respond to booking inquiries and ensure thorough handover to day teams to maximize community occupancy.
- Assist with social events to encourage resident engagement and retention.
- Communicate effectively between day and night teams to ensure all resident concerns are addressed.
- Address customer complaints decisively and escalate issues when necessary with appropriate guidance.
- Maintain the presentation of common amenity areas by undertaking or delegating minor cleaning tasks and litter removal.
- Handle minor maintenance issues promptly and report tenant faults that cannot be resolved on-site.
- Investigate and resolve basic maintenance issues such as lock/key programming, heating, power supply, and water leaks.
- Maintain a secure environment by responding to safety and maintenance calls responsibly.
- Ensure health and safety compliance for self and colleagues, keeping detailed incident logs and handover records.
- Engage appropriately with emergency services when incidents arise, following company protocols accurately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with neighbors, local community groups, police, fire, and local authorities.
- Comply with Health and Safety, Data Protection, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and communal areas and log findings.
- Show flexibility in work duties and willingly perform other tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should possess a solid general education with strong written and numerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Candidates need to have excellent customer service abilities, demonstrated through experience in accommodation, hospitality, leisure, or membership/reservation roles.
Being a self-motivated individual who can work independently while also being an effective team player is crucial. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to adapt communication and negotiation styles to varied audiences are important attributes. A passion for providing outstanding stakeholder experiences and continuous self-development is expected.

Salary and Benefits
The starting annual base salary for this night concierge position is €34,600, depending on experience. Eligibility for bonus programs on-site may also be available.
