The Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is uniquely located on Petite Anse bay's southwest coast of Mahé island. This area offers pristine beaches and untouched natural surroundings inviting discovery and respite. Nearby cultural spots like Victoria Market, Takamaka Rum Distillery, and Jardin du Roi Spice Garden enrich visitor experiences, along with boat excursions to nearby islands such as Praslin and La Digue.
Role Purpose
The Night Cleaner plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in public and staff areas through thorough heavy-duty cleaning.
Primary Duties
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning of the lobby, public restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, Spa and Fitness Club, and other service sections.
- Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, sealing, waxing, and polishing tile, marble, and brass surfaces.
- Clean carpets through shampooing and vacuum hallways and office spaces.
- Remove and dispose of trash from designated spots to central collection areas.
- Adhere to Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct outlined in EmPact.
- Collaborate respectfully and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in Stewarding and Bell Services during absences or heightened workload periods as needed.
