Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled Nail Technician cum Pedicurist to be part of our expanding team at Nail Aura. The right candidate should bring expertise in nail extensions, artistic nail designs, manicures, pedicures, and uphold strict hygiene practices while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply gel, acrylic, and soft gel nail extensions.
• Design and execute unique nail art and personalized nail treatments.
• Perform Russian manicure along with express manicures and pedicures.
• Safely remove and refill nail extensions.
• Ensure cleanliness by sterilizing tools and equipment regularly.
• Advise clients on appropriate nail care products and services.
• Develop strong client connections encouraging repeat appointments.
• Promote additional salon services and package deals when fitting.
• Keep current with the latest trends and nail care techniques.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of at least 1 to 2 years in nail technician roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of gel, acrylic, BIAB, soft gel, nail art, manicure, and pedicure treatments.
• Strong communication abilities combined with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive demeanor, punctuality, and cooperative team player attitude.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
