About the Role
We are partnered with a rapidly expanding mortgage brokerage based in Cork, currently broadening their team to meet growing client needs. The Mortgage Administrator role is designed to assist seasoned advisors while providing a clear progression route to become a Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mortgage applications from initial submission to final drawdown
- Communicate with clients to gather all necessary documentation and ensure progression
- Prepare and lodge mortgage applications with lenders
- Evaluate loan offers and confirm compliance with all lending conditions
- Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and other third parties throughout the mortgage process
- Provide clients with regular updates on their application status
- Maintain precise records and update the CRM platform accordingly
- Deliver administrative assistance to Mortgage Advisors while gaining knowledge to transition into advisory roles
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Processor
- Comprehensive understanding of the Irish mortgage application procedures
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple mortgage applications at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Motivation to develop into a Mortgage Advisor role
Preferred Qualifications
- APA (Loans) qualification is advantageous
- Applicants progressing towards APA/QFA qualifications are also encouraged
- Experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, or lending environments
- Familiarity with Irish mortgage lending regulations and compliance standards
