Role Overview
As a Mobile Caretaker with Abri Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of various properties and shared areas across multiple locations in London. Key Responsibilities
- Keep both indoor and outdoor communal spaces free of litter and debris through regular cleaning tasks.
- Manage waste by emptying and cleaning bins consistently.
- Perform vacuuming and polishing to uphold cleanliness standards within properties.
- Ensure safety by removing snow and ice from paths and clearing hallways of any obstacles.
- Travel to diverse locations across London to carry out maintenance duties efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possession of a full manual driving license is essential.
- Ability to drive a van to facilitate travel and transport equipment between locations.
