Medical Representative (MR)

Job Overview

The role involves accomplishing sales targets within a designated territory through effective on-field activities and daily reporting using an assigned online system. The position requires meeting call frequency, coverage, and average norms as set by the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize prescription generation to enhance market presence.
• Promote product lines in alignment with company strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Contribute to strategy development initiatives.
• Serve as a dedicated representative and ambassador of the brand.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Applicants should either have over 2 years of relevant experience or be freshers demonstrating strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Preference will be given to candidates with existing or previous experience in the same therapeutic area.
• Proficiency and confidence in communication are essential.
