Role Summary

This position is for a Medical Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and help keep the clinic’s front-desk operations running smoothly. The role is based in Dubai and requires an on-site, full-time presence.

Key Duties

The selected candidate will greet visitors, manage appointment bookings, handle incoming calls, and support patient flow during arrival and departure. The role also includes keeping patient information organized and up to date, assisting clinical staff with file handling, confirming basic patient details, and helping patients complete registration steps.

In addition, the receptionist will answer questions about available services, maintain a neat and professional reception environment, and provide polite, efficient support to patients and other visitors throughout the day.

Requirements

Candidates should have prior customer service experience in an aesthetic clinic within the UAE. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for this position.
