Mechanical Design Engineer

Opportunity Overview

Sibas Ultrasonics is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role prefers candidates who can join immediately and offers a general shift with 8 working hours daily. Both male and female applicants with backgrounds in ITI, Diploma, or B.E. (Mechanical) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive design records and update design history documentation.
• Participate actively in team meetings and discussions.
• Manage and update work orders using Excel spreadsheets.
• Revise and maintain ISO documentation as per organizational standards.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track progress.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for mechanical design tasks.
• Experience of 6 months to 1 year in mechanical design engineering roles.
• Familiarity with ultrasonic devices, tooling, moulds, jigs, or fixtures is advantageous.

Work Conditions and Additional Information

• General shift timing of 8 hours.
