Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in building services to join our consulting team based in Ponsonby, Auckland. About the Role

The successful candidate will contribute from initial concept through to construction, delivering mechanical building services solutions within sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and community developments. Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineers and hands-on design and project leadership will be key responsibilities. Required Skills and Experience

• Approximately five years of experience in mechanical building services consulting with progression towards chartership.
• Specialized skills in hydraulics, fire protection, or seismic design are advantageous.
• Strong expertise in HVAC, ventilation, and overall mechanical services engineering.
• Proficient with industry-standard software including Revit, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools.
• Solid understanding of New Zealand building codes and relevant regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
