Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials, count and store them appropriately.
• Record material receipts daily using the Oracle system and maintain accurate documentation.
• Pick and replenish stock based on manufacturing requirements.
• Pack finished products and accessories following detailed work instructions and packaging standards.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and input results into the Oracle system.
• Issue materials and parts to users as per requisition or purchase order instructions.
• Engage actively in ISO, EHS, and QSR compliance activities, ensuring safety in environmental practices, material handling, storage protocols, and wearing appropriate attire.
• Participate in 5S and Just Do It (JDI) initiatives for workplace organization and improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or related areas.
• Minimum education of ITE, GCE "O" Level, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working safely in a warehouse setting with a safety-focused mindset.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Holding a valid forklift license is an advantage.
• Physically capable of handling lifting tasks involving loads up to 20 kilograms.
