Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Specialist will plan and deliver marketing initiatives that position VintageSkiesJet’s private jet charter and concierge offerings to high-net-worth individuals and corporate audiences. The role blends research, campaign planning, cross-team coordination, content support, and performance tracking to strengthen brand visibility in the luxury aviation space.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement marketing campaigns for private aviation and concierge services across online and offline channels.
Study market trends and customer groups to shape campaign direction and identify new opportunities.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to create promotional assets and maintain consistent messaging.
Support the execution of social media initiatives and email marketing programs.
Monitor how campaigns perform and prepare reports with useful marketing insights.
Contribute to brand-building efforts aimed at luxury travel and aviation audiences.

Required Qualifications

Solid knowledge of marketing strategy and market research for building data-led campaigns.
Strong communication and customer service abilities for client interaction and internal teamwork.
Sales awareness and relationship-building skills to support revenue goals and partnerships.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and content development for luxury or travel brands.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Good analytical and reporting skills, including experience with marketing analytics platforms.
Capacity to work on-site in Dubai, handle several priorities at once, and thrive in a fast-moving, client-centered setting.
Experience in aviation, hospitality, or luxury services is considered an advantage.
